Return:

For returns and exchanges, we accept good quality products within 14 days of receiving your order.

To return or exchange the product, please fulfill the following conditions:

– The product has not been used, the original appearance of the product has been preserved.

– To proceed with the exchange/return of the product, please send a photo of the product from all angles or a video to confirm the quality of the product.

– The packaging must be exclusively a transport box made of hard packing paper.

 

Please note: all deliveries are made at the customer’s expense. If the quality of the headdress does not meet the required standards, it is returned to the customer at his expense.

If the item was damaged during delivery, the exchange/return will not be confirmed and the item will be returned to the customer at their expense.

The refund is made to your account within 14 working days from the moment of acceptance of the product until the moment of return. Please note that the original and return shipping costs will not be refunded on returns.
