Not only appearance and fashion matter when choosing hats, it is also important to correctly evaluate their practicality. The main characteristics of our hats are breathability, the ability (in winter and off-season models) to retain heat, hygroscopicity.
When buying a hat, it is very important to determine your size correctly so that the new thing does not “slide” over your eyes and does not squeeze your head, creating discomfort.
Use a measuring tape to find out your size easily and quickly.
Place the measuring tape about 3 cm above the brow line and measure the circumference of your head with the tape horizontal. Measurements should be taken directly above the ears and around the widest part of the head – this will be the approximate landing line of your hat. Repeat the measurement several times.
The circumference of your head in centimeters will be the size of your hat. If you get, for example, 56.6 cm, then the size for your hat will be 57.
The tape should fit close to the head, but not be pulled tight! How you feel the ribbon is how you feel your hat.

Care instructions :
– Keep your hat on a wardrobe shelf or in a special cardboard box. Never store your hat in a plastic bag.
Before putting the hat in a box or closet, clean it with a soft brush, fill it with crumpled soft paper to keep its shape.
– Do not hang a felt hat on a hook – this will help you keep the shape of the hat for a long time.
– Keep a fedora or straw hat dry and don’t wear it on a rainy day.
– If your hat gets rained on, take care of it as soon as you get home. Gently shake off the water and leave the hat in a well-ventilated place on a flat surface or on a special hat block (if there is no mannequin, a glass jar will do). When the hat is dry again, gently brush it with a brush.
– Never dry your hat with heaters!
-Use a clothes brush when cleaning your fedora.
– If your hat has metal embellishments, we recommend avoiding contact with salt water, perfumes, cosmetics and harsh chemicals to prevent tarnishing as much as possible.
– After prolonged exposure to the sun, a straw hat may change its color and become darker. Straw and sisal are natural materials and slight discolouration is not considered a defect.
– Wear a hat, holding it by the crown. Try not to touch the fields so that they do not deform and retain their shape for as long as possible.
