But this needle is not for piercing the fabric. It helps to hold the center of the petal part during hot molding. That is, you need to pierce the petal parts in advance with a needle or a thin awl.
The tool is used for making plants in Japanese, European antique and modern techniques. It is made of high quality metal.
Be careful – all small tips heat up very quickly. If the heating temperature seems too high, you can reduce it by passing the soldering iron over a damp towel (as shown in the video). We also recommend periodically turning off the soldering iron by pressing the button if you feel that it is too hot. Our tools heat up quickly and retain heat well, so you should choose a lower soldering iron temperature for them.
Please choose a lower temperature when working with synthetic fabrics. Before working with new materials and fabrics, be sure to test the soldering iron to find the right temperature for a good result.
